This week’s open letter is going to be kind of different. For the past week, I’ve been a little more stressed out than usual, and as its the end of the quarter, my mind keeps wandering to the thought of Spring Break! Because of this, I thought that this post would be a good opportunity to simply share some visuals that I made with you guys! I hope these visuals will motivate you to get through this week. These are my visuals from last week, and I will have others coming out this week! There is one for every day of the week! Also, if we don’t already follow each other on Instagram, follow me! I’ll follow back.
It’s the beginning of the week, and you might be feeling a little overwhelmed for everything that’s ahead. Sometimes we have so much on our plates that we forget to think about the real important things. Most specifically, are we taking care of ourselves? Are we being truthful with ourselves? That’s what this visual is about. Be who you want to be, and make sure you treat yourself with the love and respect you deserve.

You are smack in the middle of the week? I like to use Wednesdays to goal set for my weekend. Make a list of things that you are looking forward to. Here is the list of things I’m looking forward to doing in the next few months

It’s finally here! Treat yourself to something relaxing today
Saturday and Sunday
Make sure you give yourself time to get some work done, but don’t be afraid to take a couple hours for your mental health. Go exploring with a friend, get some coffee from your favorite little shop, meditate, bake or cook or do whatever you want, but give yourself a worthwhile break!
