The Importance of Forgiveness

So when you yell insults, you don't do it because you are a bad person or even because the person you are mad at is a bad person. You are trying to get your anger out, and yelling, angrily messaging and insulting are the quickest ways to try and get rid of that uncomfortable feeling of anger.
